dissapointed at Air Canada part 2
Then I waited...waited...waited...Then, on the fourth day, the online tracking system finally showed the status that they found my bag and it is now being forwarded to the destination airport. Normally, it would take less than one day from Toronto to YVR and to my house; however, I did not receive any update or call from Air Canada saying that my bag was there. So, I checked the online tracking status again. The status has been changed back to "Tracing continues..", which basically means that they were still trying to find my bag. So I called again, they said it was suppose to be sent to YVR 2 days ago, but somehow they lost track of it again. So, my bag was lost for the second time. People at Air Canada call centre did not know anything, they had no idea what was going go. So, it was about 10 days since I got back from my trip, but my baggage was still no where to be found.
